Paid users can email useful feedback to [email protected] from the same email address used for the pass purchase. If the feedback helps improve ImgTool, we may send a free bonus 10-Day Release Pass. For referrals, email us after the person you referred has bought a pass and include their purchase email address so we can verify it manually before sending any reward.
No account on ImgTool.app is required to try the tool or use a pass. At checkout, Lemon Squeezy uses your email to process payment and deliver the licence key. When you activate the key, ImgTool stores the pass state locally in this browser on this device. If you switch browser/device or clear site data, paste the key again from your email.
The standard pass expires and the editor drops back to the free model: 720p stays fully free, HD exports return to the support-watermark lane, and 4K goes back behind the one-time test/export gate.
