Can I get a refund?
The pass is a digital product delivered instantly, so we cannot promise automatic refunds after activation. But if something genuinely went wrong, contact
[email protected] within 7 days and we'll review it fairly.
Do I need an account?
No account on ImgTool.app is required to try the tool or use a pass. At checkout, Lemon Squeezy uses your email to process payment and deliver the licence key. When you activate the key, ImgTool stores the pass state locally in this browser on this device. If you switch browser/device or clear site data, paste the key again from your email.
What happens after the pass window ends?
The standard pass expires and the editor drops back to the free model: 720p stays fully free, HD exports return to the support-watermark lane, and 4K goes back behind the one-time test/export gate. Spotify Canvas stays unlocked on the same browser after your first paid pass. You can buy another pass at any time — there is no ongoing commitment, no ImgTool account wall, and no auto-renewal.
I bought while it said 7 days. Do I get 10 days?
Yes. Existing active passes from the previous 7-day wording are included in the move to 10 days. If your browser already has an active pass stored, ImgTool will migrate that local pass window forward where possible. If your key looks wrong after the change, email support with your order email and licence key so we can check it manually.
Does Batch Tracks + Playlists replace Live Set Mode?
No. Batch Tracks + Playlists is the safer beta route for planned exports: render one song file per track, then join them into one final playlist or mix video at 720p or 1080p / 30fps. Live Set Mode is still the performance lane for live playback, rehearsals, OBS/browser-source streaming, and controller-style sessions.
Is the free tier really watermark-free?
The main app stays free to start. 720p exports stay free with no forced watermark, free HD exports start with the support watermark on, and you still get one watermarked 4K test export per device before 4K becomes pass-only.
Is pricing in GBP? What about VAT?
Prices are shown in GBP (£). At checkout, Lemon Squeezy automatically converts to your local currency and shows you the final amount before you pay. VAT and any applicable local taxes are calculated and included by Lemon Squeezy, who act as Merchant of Record — tax compliance is fully handled for you regardless of where you are.
Will there be a longer pass later?
Probably, yes. A 30-day creator option is the most likely next step if people use the 10-Day Release Pass for repeat release work. We are intentionally not pushing that yet because we want the pricing to stay simple and easy to trust first.
Is there a subscription right now?
No. Right now the paid option is the 10-Day Release Pass, which is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. If a recurring plan is ever added later, it will be clearly labelled before purchase.

Why offer a paid option at all?
ImgTool.app is a small, independently-run tool. Running costs include Cloudflare DNS/CDN, domain registration, and development time. The free tier is generous and will stay that way — the pass simply helps keep the lights on without forcing subscriptions, data collection, or adverts in your face. If the tool has saved you time, the pass is a way to say thanks.
