Media credits

The library contains Pixabay-sourced videos, Grok-generated videos and ChatGPT-generated wallpapers. With each release, we review the library's available source information and update or amend it where needed. The tables below record those sources; a source credit does not guarantee clearance for every intended use. The applicable source licences and any additional permissions still apply.

How you can use these clips

You may use ImgTool's procedural visual effects in finished personal and commercial exports. You must have permission for the music and any images, videos, logos or other media you add. Built-in video permissions remain source-dependent: a paid ImgTool pass does not buy additional rights to third-party content.

Pixabay's Content Licence permits commercial use subject to its conditions. A finished composition must be a new creative work; an unchanged or merely cropped, resized, recoloured or filtered stock loop is not permitted as a standalone export. Adding a token overlay does not automatically establish permission. ImgTool blocks silent clips and Promo Still Packs that use built-in Pixabay video backgrounds as a cautious product rule; silence itself is not a universal licence ban. Grok videos also remain subject to applicable provider conditions and any depicted third-party rights. Demo audio has separate usage terms in the Demo tracks section.

You may NOT:

• Export a video that is essentially just a Pixabay loop with no meaningful audio-reactive content, text, or creative combination
• Use Pixabay loops depicting recognisable people in immoral or illegal ways
• Use Pixabay clips depicting trademarks, logos, or brands commercially in relation to goods or services
• Extract, resell, sub-license, or redistribute any built-in video or wallpaper as a standalone file or competing asset library
• Claim exclusive ownership of, or register Content ID against, the built-in media itself

For tracks distributed to Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs, distributors may have additional rules around AI music or third-party content. It is your responsibility to ensure your final work complies with your distributor's terms.

Owner-created AI media

The owner states that the 94 clips below were generated through their own Grok / xAI account and the 20 hosted wallpapers through their own ChatGPT account. These records identify the stated creation source. Commercial use still depends on the applicable provider conditions, source inputs and depicted third-party rights; this page does not certify every output.

AI-generated output may not qualify for copyright protection in every country and similar output may be generated for other users. This page records creation source and permitted use; it does not claim copyright exclusivity.

ImgTool grants only the rights it is entitled to grant. Applicable provider conditions and third-party rights still apply. For Grok-generated material, retain any required AI disclosures and provide a legible “Created with Grok” credit when publishing, in accordance with the applicable provider terms and attribution guidelines. A credit does not replace any other permission that may be required.

ChatGPT-created wallpapers

wp-01.jpg to wp-20.jpg were created and, where applicable, edited by ImgTool's owner from images generated through their own ChatGPT account.

Demo tracks

The built-in demo tracks (Sunset Pulse, Neon Rock, Floating in D Minor, Resilient Heart) were produced using Suno's AI music platform on a Premier subscription, which grants commercial use rights for music generated during an active subscription. The tracks are included here as demo and evaluation material and may be replaced or removed at any time.

As AI-generated audio, the tracks may not be eligible for traditional copyright protection. They are made available for use as evaluation demos within ImgTool only; visitors should not re-distribute the demo audio files as standalone tracks.
