By accessing or using imgtool.app ("the site", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
ImgTool.app provides browser-based media tools, including a Music Visualizer that creates audio-reactive video exports. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Some features of ImgTool.app require a paid licence. Current paid products include the 72-Hour Export Pass. Forthcoming products include a 30-Day Export Pass and a Monthly Subscription. Each product removes the watermark from exports over 4 minutes for the duration of the licence. Where these terms refer to "the Pass" or "paid licence", they apply to whichever product you have purchased unless stated otherwise.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (VT Studio Inc.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the checkout and payment process. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms.
The 72-Hour Export Pass is priced at £3.69. All applicable VAT or sales tax is included and handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with the applicable laws for your jurisdiction. Lemon Squeezy calculates and remits taxes on our behalf.
Upon successful payment, a licence key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. This key activates your 72-hour pass when entered in the Music Visualizer. The pass is tied to your browser's local storage on the device where it is activated.
If you have experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented you from using the pass (e.g. the key was never delivered or was invalid), please contact us within 72 hours at [email protected] and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement key or refund at our discretion.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund terms. UK consumers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The 72-Hour Export Pass and 30-Day Export Pass are one-time, non-recurring purchases. There is no automatic renewal. The Monthly Subscription, where available, is a recurring product billed automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused days. We will make the cancellation process clearly accessible.
The ImgTool.app website, branding, source code, and design are owned by Inline Computers and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission.
The Music Visualizer code runs in your browser. You may not copy or repurpose it for distribution or commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImgTool.app and Inline Computers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
The service integrates or links to third-party services including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Google Analytics (analytics, consent-gated), and Google AdSense (advertising). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of ImgTool.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If changes materially affect paid features, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
