ImgTool.app provides in‑browser media tools, including image utilities and a Music Visualizer. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

2) Your content

• You retain ownership of your media.
• Most processing happens locally in your browser and files are not uploaded to our servers by default.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service (for example: attempting to break security, overload the site, distribute malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes).

4) Paid features

If you purchase paid features, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Billing, taxes, and refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s checkout terms and policies.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgTool.app is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the site, including lost files, failed exports, or business losses.

6) Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of ImgTool.app means you accept the latest version.
